Be adventurous with your cocktail and request a Scoville Sour, where you request your type of pepper (the mild was pretty spicy) Cascabel, Guajillo, Arbol-infused Siete Leguas, lemon juice, agave and spiced cucumber. Food highlights include the tender lobster pibil with chorizo and a smooth black bean puree. Other choices, such as duck carnitas with tomatillo, chile de arbol satisfy on many levels. While the menu says it’s for two, it could serve four, as it is incredibly rich and sweet from the skin when rolled in the tortilla. Finish with husk meringue, a corn mousse you’ll probably fight over.
